REFUNDS*
Refunds are only eligible on regularly priced items. Any item(s) on sale or purchased with a discount code is not eligible for a refund.
All items that are monogrammed or personalized are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
All returned item(s) must have all original tags attached on the item(s) and must be in its original condition. You will also need to have the original receipt. Returned items need to be in its original condition as it was received. We reserved the right to not accept returns if the item(s) has signs of use or the original tags and packaging are missing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please give us a call for an authorized return number. Refunds are only accepted for items purchased within 15 days. When calling for return authorization please have your receipt ready. If you do not have the receipt your item is not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our store. We recommend tracking any item(s) you send back to us. Items lost or damaged by the courier is the responsibility of the customer.
Gift cards are not refundable.

We offer a variety of repair options for luggage, handbags, wallets and briefcases. For an estimate please email us pictures of the item or bring the item into the store.
